What if we had a women-government that has final decision on the stuff that women are good at and parallel one constisting of men focusing on men-stuff?

They have advisory function to each other, of course.

Why are we looking for sameness? In my experience, you need polarity for things to get moving.

Assumed that we all value each human being the equal and are able to communicate respectfully. (Which should be achievable)
