Leave me Alone with that Pretend-Enlightenment
You can always make a choice. Dismiss or Embrace. Let’s say you get angry. Just calm down and try to dissipate these feelings is a common advice. I say no. Energy cannot be destroyed. Calming yourself down and thinking positive is simply ignoring those feelings. They’re not gone, but you just lost control over them. What you actually need to do is embrace them. Unleash your beast. Nothings better than going to pick up games and crushing your opponents. The physical approach is the rawest form and the easiest to access.

Why do we belief that we need to be calm and sincere to sit in front of your computer and get work done. Try it. Be f****** angry and fight relentlessly whatever you’re up against. You can’t always align and get in touch with the situation. You are part of the task. If it’s frustration against a math problem, so be it. Why waste time changing to a superficial state of enlightened and all loving. All you do is running away from the problem. You are not to be happy with the snip of a finger. You are to be angry and get control over it.
If you always want to be in that nice, lovely state that’s attainable. You will avoid every situation where you could get angry. You will run from confrontation. Maybe you’re not getting angry but that…
